Crystalblend Training Academy is a leader in the strategic development of the Skills Academy and designing of curriculum for young people and adults, and provide the skills set, qualifications and experiences required to drive business operations.  Our close proximity to the City of London and the Canary Wharf ensures high levels of interaction between businesses, delegates and the Skills Academy, this turned out to be one of our passports to fulfilling our proficient and high quality and standard service delivery. 

Despite only being fully operational in March 2005, the Skills Academy launch its own dedicated, state-of-the-art training centre allowing it to offer bespoke second to none training and employment to date.  Furthermore, Crystalblend Training Academy and Crystalblend Financial Services LLP forms part of Crystalblend Group, a well established the recruitment, financial services and educational hub in the UK. 

Students come mainly from the Southeast of England and span not only a wide range of ethnicities but also a wide range of educational backgrounds.  They can choose to study from a varied list of courses including certified qualifications for mortgage advisors (CeMAP), Independent Financial Advisor-IFAs (CeFA), (CeRGI) for general insurance specialists, DipFA, the Competence Adviser Status (CAS), management qualifications, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service qualifications and introduction to investment courses.

Crystalblend Training Academy stands out of its competitors in the country offering courses, accredited by IFS at which provides skills for entry level jobs in financial services to career minded people with and without formal qualifications.  Students are also offered employment skills courses at the Skills Academy alongside financial courses to prepare them for the workplace.  These help to build confidence, communication skills, self awareness and practical employability skills including interview techniques.

For us as provider we are eager to develop our involvement in the fostering of financial awareness amongst both young people and adults, to develop the new diploma in business and to develop apprenticeships in financial services. Central to these concerns is the need to deepen our relationships with key employers to enable us to address the full range of their needs. We can provide various services to our business community with up to date training and support facilities.

Crystalblend Training Academy is now be able to offer high quality training across England and looks forward to working with NSAFS to increase the number of educational and career opportunities to career minded people leading to longer term employment opportunities.

Our Mission is to ensure that our students achieve foundation, technical or higher level vocational qualifications and skills, which meet the local and regional skills needs and allow forthe training progression of the young and adults .

Crystalblend Training Academy also aims to become a leading body for the development and delivery of quality skills and education training in financial services in the UK and its initial priorities are to build on the Academy’s excellent track records of working with employers to:

- Design and deliver new curriculum initiatives
