Crystalblend Training Academy is a leader in the strategic development of Professional qualifications and the designing of curriculum for young people and adults, providing the skills set, qualifications and experiences required to drive business operations.

Our close proximity to the City of London ensures high levels of interaction between businesses, delegates and our Academy. This has turned out to be one of our passports to fulfilling our proficient, high quality and standard service delivery. Despite only being fully operational in March 2005, our Academy launched its own dedicated, state-of-the-art training centre allowing it to offer bespoke second to none training and employment opportunities to date. Furthermore, Crystalblend Training Academy and Crystalblend Financial Services LLP forms part of Crystalblend Group, creating a well established recruitment, financial services and educational hub in the UK.

Our students come mainly from within the UK and Europe and span not only a wide range of ethnicities but also a wide range of educational backgrounds. They can choose to study from a varied list of courses including the regulated professional qualifications for mortgage advisers (CeMAP), Independent Financial Adviser (CeFA), (CeRGI) for general insurance specialists, DipFA, the Competence Adviser Status (CAS), management qualifications, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service qualifications and introduction to investment courses.

Crystalblend Training Academy stands out of its competitors in the country offering courses, accredited by the ifs School of Finance which provides skills for entry level jobs in the financial services to career minded people with and without formal qualifications. Students are also offered employment skills courses at the Skills Academy alongside financial courses to prepare them for the workplace. These help to build confidence, communication skills, self awareness and practical employability skills including interview techniques.

Our Mission is to ensure that our students achieve foundational, technical or higher level vocational qualifications and skills, which meet the local, regional and International skills needs and allows the training progression of both the young and adults.

Crystalblend Training Academy also aims to become a leading body for the development and delivery of quality skills and education training in financial services in the UK and our initial priorities are to build on our Academy’s excellent track record of working with employers to:

• Inform and enthuse local people to work in the financial services sector
• Develop collaborative recruitment programmes
• Deliver training to meet workforce development needs
• Design and deliver new curriculum initiatives

Our initial objectives for the Skills Academy are three-fold:

• To develop quality brand of staff development committed to meeting the
  needs of employers.
• To establish our network of qualified and experience advisers across a large
  and diverse region
• To develop a collaborative approach to meeting the needs of our
  client as a service provider in compliance with the industry regulations
